Hi, my name is Sophie. As a passionate and experienced dog groomer, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges salon owners and independent groomers face. Pouring their hearts into pets while juggling admin work, social media, and client communication.
When an unexpected surgery left me unable to groom, I refused to leave the industry I love. Instead, I partnered with an expert developer to create FurFlow.

Can I transfer my clients and other info from my current software to FurFlow?
Yes, absolutely! We make it simple with our numerous integrations including, Google Calendar, iCal, Stripe, Square, and .csv upload for a pre-existing contact list.
We also give all new clients a complimentary 1 hour onboarding call which we help setup each individual account to your personal preferences.
Every user also has access to our training videos which give great insight on not only setup, but how to make the most out of FurFlow so you can spend more time IN your business.
How many SMS credits are with each package?
In order to keep subscription prices the most cost effective on the market, FurFlow operates with a credit based system.
Upon signup, you will be prompted to purchase a mobile number ($6-$7) and will automatically receive $10USD worth of credit and will top up at the same amount upon completed usage.
This is approximately 355 minutes of outbound calls; 590 minutes inbound; and 465 message segments (each message sent or received is classified as 1 segment).
This credit will be billed to your card used for subscription purchase in $AUD only at the daily rate of exchange between USD - AUD.
All credits roll over month to month and never expire.
What currency are your packages?
All our pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).
You will never be billed in another currency.
Is FurFlow only available on desktop or is there a mobile app?
FurFlow was created to be used both on desktop and mobile app. The user has full flexibility on how they wish to use it.
Does FurFlow help with Social Media Marketing or content?
Yes! Our content scheduler allows users to create their own content and have it scheduled for whatever date and time they choose.
We are also working on an integration which will allow users to launch their own Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads with just a few clicks, removing any barriers previously of having to know how to use the Meta Ads Manager. The release date will be sent out to all pre-existing clients via email and SMS when available.
